1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DecorView mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission to use this App.

2. Description of Service

DecorView is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Preview wall artwork on their walls using augmented reality (AR)
• Upload photos of their rooms to visualize artwork
• Analyze room colors and receive AI-powered artwork recommendations
• Download and save artwork images
• Purchase artwork subscriptions and individual items
• Access a library of wall art designs

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Abuse of the service

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Subscriptions

DecorView offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the specified subscription fees
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel renewal at any time through your device's app store settings

4.2 One-Time Purchases

You may also purchase individual artwork items or bundles. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment information. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of service of these third-party payment processors.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Google Play support or use the app's customer support features.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 App Ownership

DecorView and all content within the app, including but not limited to:

• Software code and algorithms
• User interface design
• Logos and branding
• Documentation

are the intellectual property of DecorView and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5.2 Artwork

• Artwork displayed in the app is either owned by DecorView or licensed from third-party artists
• Users may download artwork for personal, non-commercial use only
• Commercial use of downloaded artwork requires separate licensing
• You may not resell, distribute, or claim ownership of any artwork

5.3 User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to the app ("User Content"). However, by uploading User Content, you grant DecorView a limited license to:

• Store and display your content within the app
• Process your content for AR and analysis features
• Improve our services using anonymized data

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the app
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload content that infringes on third-party rights
• Use the app to harass, defame, or threaten others
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Use automated tools or bots to access the app
• Resell or redistribute app content without authorization

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. By using the App, you agree to our collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Augmented Reality Features

When using AR features:

• AR functionality requires camera access and may use additional device resources
• AR previews are for visualization purposes only and may not represent exact appearance
• Actual artwork colors and sizes may vary from AR previews
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AR previews

9. Disclaimers

9.1 No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECORVIEW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the app
• Damages resulting from third-party services

9.3 Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that all content is current, complete, or error-free. Colors displayed may vary from actual artwork due to screen differences.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DecorView and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your interaction with other users

11. Third-Party Services

The App may include links to or integrate with third-party services, including:

• Google Play (payments and distribution)
• Firebase (analytics)
• RevenueCat (subscriptions)
• Cloudflare (storage)
• Supabase (database)

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time
• Add or remove features
• Change pricing for subscriptions

Notice of significant changes will be provided through the app or email.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the app
• Emailing you (for significant changes)
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by:

• Deleting the app from your device
• Requesting account deletion

We may terminate these Terms if you violate any provision. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App stops immediately
• You must delete any downloaded content
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

15. Governing Law

16. Dispute Resolution
